The R&R cast cylinder heads were developed using the same combustion chamber as our famous HI-Torque billet heads.
The Twin Cam heads feature thick, deep fins for better cooling, 3/8 raised intake ports with a 1.800" intake port opening. They come complete & loaded with valves, springs, seals and set up to your cam that your using.
They are machined for a manual compression release, & can be machined for automatic releases for a additional charge.
R&R cast heads are offered in two port designs.
The first is our original torque port with 1.940" intake & 1.625" exhaust valves
These work excellent on 95ci - 107ci engines.
The second port design is our new HP port. We use a 2.00" intake valve with a 1.625" exhaust valve.
The chock points are increased on these heads to accommodate the larger intake valves.
There is no torque loss with these heads when used on engines of 110ci - 131ci.
These heads were used on the 100CI engine R&R built for the fastest woman on an American V-Twin Jody Perewitz Bonneville bike that has set several land speed records and a current Bub Speed Trial record of 208 MPH!!!!
Available powder coated black or silver with high lighted fins.
